"You Are More Than Your Degree" challenges the deeply ingrained belief that a diploma or major defines a person's worth, identity, and future. This mindset is especially common in societies where academic credentials are treated as the ultimate measure of success. The theme argues that real identity is built from a much richer mix: curiosity, resilience, values, relationships, creativity, lived experience, and the countless skills people develop outside formal classrooms through side projects, failures, hobbies, leadership roles, or simply the way they treat others.
