Bio
Muhammad Hassan Niaz is an English Literature graduate with a keen interest in literary theory, philosophy, and the relationship between literature and society. His academic interests span Marxist, feminist, postcolonial, structuralist, and post-structuralist criticism, with a particular fascination for how language, culture, and power shape human experience.
Beyond academics, Hassan is interested in questions that sit at the intersection of literature, philosophy, and everyday life—questions about power, identity, ideology, freedom, and the ways in which people construct meaning. He has also been involved in youth leadership and organizational work, including his experience with AIESEC.
He aspires to pursue advanced study in English Literature and eventually contribute to academia, public service, and intellectual discourse in Pakistan. For him, literature is not merely a study of texts, but a way of interrogating the world that produces them.
