Change begins with one choice. This year's theme, Be a Catalyst for Change, is a call to move beyond awareness and take meaningful action. It challenges us not just to recognise problems, but to become the people who spark solutions and inspire others to do the same. An Observer says, "This is a problem." A Participant says, "I'll do something about it." A Catalyst says, "I'll inspire others to create lasting change." Join us for an inspiring day of bold ideas, powerful stories, and meaningful conversations that will challenge you to think differently, act courageously, and become the spark that creates a ripple of positive change. Don't just witness change. Be the catalyst.

A Quiet Voice Learning to Speak Up Not everyone who walks onto a stage does it easily. For Prithvi, every microphone, every audience, every competition has meant pushing through a very real, very personal battle with social anxiety — the kind that makes crowded rooms feel loud even before anyone speaks. And yet, Prithvi chose to show up. Learning to Own the Room Public speaking doesn't come naturally to everyone — for Prithvi, it came through sheer will. Taking on the role of lead anchor, Prithvi learned to hold a room, steady their voice, and guide an audience — all while quietly managing the nervous energy anxiety brings. It wasn't about becoming fearless. It was about learning to move forward with the fear, not after it disappeared.
