I'm Aisshwarya, an edupreneur passionate about education, empowerment, and entrepreneurship.For me, empowerment is the ability to express oneself, to think independently, and to act without the constraints of bias. This philosophy has been my compass throughout my professional journey. About 7 years ago, I stepped into the education sector to discover my passion and purpose. Today, I lead 5 educational institutions that go beyond traditional academics. We focus on cultivating essential life skills, building mental resilience, and instilling values that prepare our students for the complexities of the modern world. My aim is to inspire young minds to approach challenges with confidence and creativity, drawing from the valuable lessons I learned early in my own career.

My 3 C’s as a bedrock of learning with – Curiosity igniting thoughts, Connectivity as a key to retention and applicability, and Community that builds an expanding vertical of connected individuals. I have learnt to take challenges in stride while pursuing all my initiatives with Courage, Compassion, and Consistency which are worth being tested innumerably.I believe in Experiential Learner Centric Education System inclusive of teachers, students, parents and administrators to be constantly evolving with a growth mindset.Aiding the journey towards Education 4.0 through “Catalyst” which is a value education lab that fosters a better understanding and problem-solving equipping students to navigate real-world complexities with confidence.I ideate products that express and promote intellectual development, creativity, and mental well-being. These products are designed to foster growth, inspire innovation, and support emotional health which thereby result in creating a Lerner Centric Education System.

Education

I have delivered a talk at TEDxMSRIT. I have been watching TEDx and TED Talks for a decade. They are very beneficial. So we thought of bringing TED ED and TEDx to our group of institutions. We have long-term aspirations to mutually benefit our stakeholders.

I am an effective speaker, known for my ability to forge strong connections and instil a sense of curiosity and belonging in my audience. My commitment to continuous learning allows me to constantly enrich the learnercentred educational frameworks of the organizations I lead or collaborate with. This relentless pursuit of knowledge strengthens my leadership skills and sets a standard for those around me, making me a growth catalyst and shaping me into a leader that my community looks up to.
