Bio

As a School Administrator, I am deeply passionate about reading, creative writing, social media marketing, and being curious about all living creatures. I thrive on multitasking with precision, believing it brings about growth and excellence. Every day, I strive to improve, viewing challenges as opportunities to refine my skills, and I am committed to delivering the best in every endeavor. My work ethic is rooted in strong moral values, truthfulness, and a meaningful existence. I believe the best life is lived by helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. With a degree in Agriculture and a master’s in Agribusiness Management, I’ve had a diverse career spanning banking, software, and university administration. Currently, I serve as a School Administrative Officer in K12 education, where I act as a bridge between the founders, students, teachers, and stakeholders across four educational institutions. Throughout my career, I’ve learned valuable skills, from soft communication during my time at HDFC Bank to content writing in my freelancing days. At Jain University, I honed the art of speaking with students about their future aspirations as an Admissions Counselor. Now, in K12 education from past 7 years, I’ve taken on key roles in organizing the Youth Leadership Summit in 2023 and our annual national quiz aimed at tweens and teens, while also ensuring that every Teachers' Day is memorable for our teachers at schools. For me, no event is too small or too large—the only goal is to deliver it with perfection.

I'm passionate about

I find creativity in so many things, whether it’s telling stories, singing, painting, or even cooking. Singing is a form of expressing myself and I love myself throwing out emotions when I blissfully sing on high notes. There’s something about working with my hands, whether I’m trying out a new recipe or painting a canvas, or a do it yourself kit. Cooking especially—it’s my form of meditation. When I’m in the kitchen, all I think about is crafting the perfect three course meal. It’s my way of tuning out the world and focusing on something simple and satisfying. The stories of the Ramayana and Mahabharata have been with me since I can remember, shaping not only how I see the world but how I tell stories. These epics have such a profound way of teaching us about human nature, culture, and the timeless struggles we all face. They inspire me to see storytelling as more than just a form of expression—it’s a way to connect with people on a deeper level. I’m always reading, always looking for new perspectives. And I love the way stories can bridge gaps between people. Whether I’m writing a book review or just sharing an experience, storytelling has this incredible power to bring diverse voices together.

An idea worth spreading

The impact on children is profound when we move beyond infrastructure to focus on the heart of learning—teaching and support systems. Through the "We Care We Share" initiative, government schools receive administrative and academic aid, giving children access to better-trained educators and nurturing environments. When students feel supported and inspired, they thrive both academically and personally. This effort bridges the gap in educational equity, ensuring every child, regardless of resources, has the opportunity to excel. Strengthening government schools' internal processes is essential for long-term success. Through "We Care We Share," private institutions can share their expertise in administration, helping government schools streamline operations, manage resources, and implement programs effectively. This collaboration builds a solid foundation, transforming how schools function and elevating the overall learning experience. Collaboration between private, public-aided, and government schools can elevate the entire system through the philosophy of Ubuntu, —"I am because we are." This also resonates with the Indian philosophy of VASUDAIVA KUTUMBAKAM which means “the world is one family” - This initiative fosters collective upliftment, where resources and knowledge are shared across institutions. This joint effort strengthens the educational ecosystem, transforming government schools into vibrant centers of learning that nurture the next generation of leaders.

The TED story

Stories have always shaped how I see the world, helping me understand different perspectives and navigate complex ideas. TED, with its focus on storytelling and creative problem-solving, has been a key source of inspiration for me. My passion for storytelling, writing, and the arts found a perfect match in TED's mission to spread powerful ideas, motivating me to build spaces where people can express themselves and share solutions. TED Talks have constantly sparked my curiosity. One talk that left a deep impression was about creating a learner-centric educational culture, which inspired me to adopt a more adaptable approach to both teaching and leadership. Another talk I found powerful was centered on the idea that "the next big success needs a new face"—it resonated deeply with my belief that anyone can bring about meaningful change if they embrace their potential. Molly Wright's TED talk on child development also reinforced the importance of nurturing strong relationships with children early on. My TED story is about creating a platform where impactful ideas aren’t just shared but have the power to ignite change and inspire others, just as they have done for me.
