• Adil Oran

  Assoc. Prof. Dr. of Finance and Entrepreneurship at AGU Dept. of Bus. Adm.

  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adil Oran began his academic career at the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University. After completing his undergraduate studies, he continued his education in the United States, earning both his master’s and PhD degrees from Texas Tech University, specializing in strategic management and financial analysis.For many years, he served as a faculty member at Middle East Technical University while also taking part in the core teams of pioneering centers such as ODTÜ Teknokent and GİSAM, contributing to the academic foundations of Türkiye’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has mentored thousands of students and hundreds of startup projects.Today, he continues his academic work as a faculty member in the Business Administration Department at AGU. He is widely recognized internationally for his expertise in Lean Entrepreneurship and is regarded as a senior academic who plays a leading role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

• Gülay Savaş

  Technology Leader for Humanity& Mind 2.0 Doctor of İndividual and Corporate Transformation

  Dr. Eng. Gülay Savaş completed her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering and her master’s degree in Systems Analysis at Istanbul Technical University. In 1990, she earned her PhD with a dissertation titled *“Recognition of Handwritten Characters Using Artificial Neural Networks.”* She was a member of the founding teams of the Systems Analysis Department at Istanbul Technical University and the Computer Engineering Department at Istanbul University, where she served as an academic for 15 years. Today, as the founder of Gülay Savaş Academy & Consulting and CepteDanışmanlık — Turkey’s first consulting marketplace — Savaş serves as a member, mentor, and consultant for organizations such as AHK, TİM Digital Transformation Center, YDD, ITU Çekirdek, DiSüDer, and İTO BTM. Guided by the vision of “Technology for Humanity,” she provides training and consultancy services in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, change management, and the business models of the future.

• Mustafa Aslan

  Nature and Wildlife Photographer

  Mustafa Aslan was born in 1996 in Sivas. He studied at Sivas Cumhuriyet University and began pursuing professional wildlife photography in 2014. He has photographed around 400 of Türkiye’s nearly 500 bird species and is especially known for his long-term studies on lynxes. His work has been featured in publications such as Atlas Magazine and Magma Magazine. He worked as a cameraman on the documentary *Anadolu Kadim Doğa* and as director and cameraman for *Uganda: Wild Lands*. In 2023, he opened the exhibition *A Breath from the Wild* and donated all proceeds to LÖSEV. Today, he continues producing wildlife and nature conservation content through documentaries and social media projects.

• Şadi Kerim Bağlan

  Digital Content Producer

  Şadi Kerim Bağlan is a digital content creator and YouTuber known by the name Kayzer. He graduated from Kütahya Dumlupınar University and discovered his interest in the digital world during his university years, which eventually led him to start producing content. He began his career in 2011 by uploading videos to YouTube. With his energetic, entertaining, and engaging style, Kayzer quickly gained attention and built a growing audience. In his early years, he focused mainly on gaming videos and fun, entertainment-based content, which helped him establish a strong connection with viewers. Between 2015 and 2020, he expanded the scope of his channel by diversifying his content. During this period, he started producing vlogs and videos on various topics, further developing his presence as a content creator and broadening his audience.

• Tuğba İrem Öklü

  Artist&Digital Content Creator

  The artist has been passionate about painting and creating since childhood and dreamed of making it her profession. She studied landscape architecture, but after graduation she worked for many years in different sectors as a white-collar professional due to job market conditions. During the pandemic, she decided to take a step toward her long-held dream. As a self-taught artist, she continues to learn and produce, seeing this as a continuous process of development rather than a limitation. Her work focuses on combining art with upcycling, especially transforming glass bottles into artistic lighting pieces that give discarded objects new meaning. She shares her process on social media and organizes workshops. Today, she continues building her own creative career.
