I'm passionate about changing the conversation around AI from fear to possibility. Too many organizations are racing to automate when they should be racing to collaborate. I believe the biggest unlock of our generation isn't the technology itself, it's what happens when you pair it with human creativity, judgment and intuition. That's the thread that runs through everything I do. I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, creativity and strategy, and I built Atmos Partners to prove that AI should make people more valuable, not less relevant. I call it Collaborative Advantage, and I think it's the difference between companies that thrive in this next era and those that lose what made them great in the first place. Beyond work, I'm endlessly curious about design in all its forms, whether that's how a room feels, how a dish comes together, or how a great idea travels from one person to millions. I grew up in New Zealand, live in Brooklyn, and I'm always happiest when I'm learning something new or standing on a beach I've never been to before.
