Bio
Emma Cochrane is the founder and CEO of Atmos Partners, an AI advisory firm built around the idea of "Collaborative Advantage," helping organizations use AI to amplify human talent, not replace it. Before launching Atmos Partners, she spent over a decade at Accenture Song as a Managing Director leading global generative AI strategy. Her career has always centered on bringing together technology, design and business strategy to build new fun things.
Originally from New Zealand and now a Brooklynite, Emma is a vintage fashion hunter, a home cook who bounces between French, Pacific and Mexican flavors, and someone who will redecorate your house if you let her. She is happiest near water and sunshine.
I'm passionate about
I'm passionate about changing the conversation around AI from fear to possibility. Too many organizations are racing to automate when they should be racing to collaborate. I believe the biggest unlock of our generation isn't the technology itself, it's what happens when you pair it with human creativity, judgment and intuition.
That's the thread that runs through everything I do. I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, creativity and strategy, and I built Atmos Partners to prove that AI should make people more valuable, not less relevant. I call it Collaborative Advantage, and I think it's the difference between companies that thrive in this next era and those that lose what made them great in the first place.
Beyond work, I'm endlessly curious about design in all its forms, whether that's how a room feels, how a dish comes together, or how a great idea travels from one person to millions. I grew up in New Zealand, live in Brooklyn, and I'm always happiest when I'm learning something new or standing on a beach I've never been to before.
An idea worth spreading
Humans aren't in the loop. They are the loop.

Things you might not know
Reading a room, literally. Give me five minutes in your space and I'll tell you what or who needs to move. Translating complex technical concepts into language that actually lands with a boardroom. Cooking a full dinner for six with whatever's in the fridge. Spotting the one vintage piece in a thrift store that everyone else walked past. Packing a carry-on for two weeks. Knowing when a strategy will work, and who needs to buy in. And negotiating, I'm better at it than people expect.
