TEDxTamahere Youth

What makes this initiative unique is that it is being organised almost entirely by a team of students aged 13–15 years old. Together, we are creating a platform where young people can engage with ideas, innovation, leadership, creativity, and conversations about the future. Our theme for this year is “Unwritten Futures” — exploring the possibilities, challenges, and responsibilities that shape the world ahead of us. We plan to invite student and youth speakers and 3–4 adult speakers and the remaining speakers being students and young voices. Through this balance, we hope to create meaningful intergenerational conversations while ensuring youth perspectives remain at the centre of the event.
