  Doel Bhattacharya is an ISBR PGDM alumna (Batch 2019–21) and Branch HR Lead at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A published author, business storyteller, Double Gold Medalist, and HR transformation leader, she has successfully transitioned from software engineering to leading initiatives in employee experience, diversity & inclusion, wellness, mentorship, and organizational transformation. Her work focuses on creating workplaces where people thrive and organizations grow through purpose-driven leadership.

  Fancy George is the Founder of Unalome and Co-Founder of WiREnet World. A visionary workplace strategist and real estate advisor, she works at the intersection of business strategy, human experience, and sustainable design. Through her advisory work, she helps organizations build future-ready workplaces that align people, purpose, and performance while championing sustainability and innovation. With decades of experience shaping workplaces and built environments, she advocates for responsible leadership and resource-conscious growth.

• Khushi Khater

  Khushi Khater is an ISBR BBA alumna (Batch 2019–22), TEDx Speaker, Josh Talks Speaker, Karmaveer Chakra Recipient, and published poet. A passionate storyteller and former Rotaract Board Member, she has inspired audiences through her journey of resilience, self-belief, and purposeful growth. Known for her engaging communication style and commitment to empowering young minds, Khushi continues to advocate for confidence, expression, and meaningful decision-making.

• Mr Siddharth Kothari

  Our first speaker Mr. Siddharth Kothari who at just the age of 19, is a changemaker, entrepreneur, performer, sportsperson, and youth leader. Founder of Happy Folks Club, he serves as President of St. Joseph’s College of Commerce while pursuing a dual degree at IIM Bangalore. A school topper and valedictorian, Siddharth has participated in and won 120+ fests as an organizer, judge, or participant. He has also won accolades including Best Manager at SJCC, Mr IIM, and Rotary’s Changemaker Award. His biggest passion is Happy Folks Club, a senior-citizen school founded in 2024. By August 2026, it had conducted 270+ events for 2,500+ seniors across India, powered by 450+ teenage interns and chapters across major cities. He has also founded Lunch Break Premier League, Swatantra Junior, Study Buddy, and HFC Bazaar, with HFC Udyog, a senior-citizen job portal, launching soon.

• Mr. Anand Singhal

  Mr. Anand Singhal, Director at Ess Ess Corp, brings expertise in B2B project sales, business development, channel management and strategic relationship building. Across his career, he has built strong professional relationships with architects, designers and industry leaders across India. And his journey offers an important business lesson: Markets may create opportunities. But relationships create longevity.

  Mr. Govind Nair is an aviation entrepreneur and innovator and the Founder of HeliTaxii. In 2018, he pioneered Asia’s first sky taxi service in Bengaluru, introducing an innovative approach to last-mile connectivity through helicopter transportation. His entrepreneurial journey reflects vision, innovation and, importantly, the courage to challenge conventional ways of thinking.

With over 15 years of experience across luxury hospitality and the entertainment industry, he has built a reputation as a people-first HR leader specializing in talent strategy, organizational culture, leadership development, and workforce transformation. Recognized among the 100 Under 40 HR Leaders, Saurabh is also an AI Tool Builder who believes people are the greatest strength of every organization.

With over 30 years of leadership experience across global FMCG organizations such as Nestlé and McCormick, he has led business transformation, sales excellence, and strategic growth initiatives across diverse markets. Combining rich corporate expertise with academic excellence, Dr. Choudhury is passionate about developing future leaders and driving meaningful conversations around innovation, sustainability, and responsible leadership.
