An accomplished and seasoned academician with a blend of corporate experience. A Doctorate in Management and MBA in Human Resources, I hold a PGDM degree in Public Relations and have a bachelor’s degree in English literature, Psychology, and Journalism. I am dynamically involved in academia in the areas of General Management, Event Management, HR, Marketing, Public Relations, Branding, Consumer Behaviour, and Neuro-marketing. I have published several research papers in reputable journals, indexed in SCOPUS and UGC care. I have held the positions of NAAC and IQAC head and head of the department for the Institutions for more than a decade. Passionate about Event Management, I have headed Events like Conferences, Symposium, Conclaves, Annual Fests, Intercollegiate competitions etc. playing key roles in ideating, designing, organising and executing the events. Presently I am the convenor of IIC, an initiative from ministry of higher education. I have been in the admission panel of the institutions and a member of BOS and BOE for several years. During the earlier days of my career I have significantly contributed for many projects and tasks with Channels and Newspapers including ETC, Zee TV, Rajasthan Patrika, Indian Express, Infomedia - a Network 18 group, Getit Yellow Pages and Dakshin Bharat as part of my employment and internship assignments. Journalism and Event Management has been a part of my extensive professional output. I have also worked in the reputed Institutions like Symbiosis School of Media and Communication and T John Group of Institutions. I am exceedingly passionate about singing, dancing, writing, sketching and travelling. Being a passionate Dancer I was fortunate in getting selected for ZEE TVs DID Super Mom's, where I qualified up to four levels reaching studio round at Mumbai. I have won many accolades in the field of Singing and Dancing.

I am passionate about transforming education and research by promoting responsible and meaningful use of artificial intelligence. Through teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring, I strive to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that learners are not only employable but also adaptable, innovative, and socially responsible. My greatest motivation comes from seeing individuals gain confidence, discover their potential, and create positive impact in their communities. I believe that by combining human values with technological advancement, we can shape a future where innovation serves humanity.
