    My name is Amy from Pre-IB2 In my free time, I usually play the piano and listen to the music. I find that music always helpsme to relax and reflect. Also, I am keen on dancing.During the dancing process, it seems likeI'm the only one immersed in it. When I dance I can lose myself and time and simply embracethe moment Dancing is a kind of sports too and can make me more lively.I have also entered many competitions and won frst prize. Overall, I hope that I can learn more English skills and knowledge in this speaking competitionand looking forward to listening to, and learning from everyone's performance!

My major is Applied Psychology,a social science that intersects with many other disciplines.     My name is Helaine Jade Going from South Africa and I am pleased to introduce myself as anEnglish Teacher at Adcote.I have 9 years of experience teaching English to learners from di-verse linguistic and cultural backgrounds in China. My teaching philosophy: Learning is not a spectator sport. All parties need to be involved andare willing to assist; from our students to their families, fellow teachers and leadership teams.Creating a structured, supportive and polite environment in which students can develop bothaccuracy and fluency is very important to me. I prioritize clear communication between teach-er and student, one on one assistance and consistent feedback to help learners progress ef-fectively.
