Ajit Sharma is an award winning communication & storytelling consultant for multilateral development organizations & technology companies across Asia. In his current role at the Asian Development Bank (HQ), he serves as the Lead Coach & Producer for ADB's flagship 'Knowledge & Innovation Talks' Program under the Sustainable Development & Climate Change department of Asian Development Bank that provides leadership, innovation, and knowledge sharing for ADB's sector and thematic work. Ajit has dedicated more than a decade with the TED & TEDx communities in various roles. He was a Speaker at TED Global 2011, served as a Speaker Coach for TED Talks India, is the current TEDx Ambassador and was also awarded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for TEDx Change. Ajit is passionate about storytelling, behavioural science & technology, and believes the future of communication for organisations & brands is at the intersection of all of these.
