Bio

I am currently pursuing a PGDM at IIBS Bengaluru, specializing in Marketing with a minor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. I have a keen interest in marketing, business development, client engagement, and building meaningful professional relationships. As a member of the TEDx IIBS Bengaluru organizing team, I contribute to event coordination, speaker engagement, communication, outreach, and overall event execution. Being part of TEDx gives me an opportunity to work with diverse people, coordinate with speakers and stakeholders, and contribute to creating an engaging platform for ideas and conversations. I enjoy taking initiative, working with teams, managing responsibilities, and learning through real-world experiences. I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to combine creativity, communication, business understanding, and relationship-building.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about learning, connecting with people, and turning ideas into meaningful action. I have a strong interest in entrepreneurship and aspire to build something of my own in the future. I enjoy observing market trends, understanding how different industries are evolving, and identifying gaps or unmet needs that could potentially become opportunities for innovation. I am curious about how businesses are built, how ideas become solutions, and how understanding people and their needs can lead to meaningful products or services. I also enjoy exploring new perspectives, building relationships, taking on challenges, and continuously learning from real-world experiences. For me, curiosity is the starting point of entrepreneurship—I believe that asking the right questions, identifying problems, and being willing to experiment can turn a simple idea into something meaningful.

An idea worth spreading

I believe that one of the most important ideas worth spreading is that small, consistent efforts can create meaningful change. We often focus on big achievements, quick success, and immediate results. But in reality, most meaningful growth happens gradually. Whether it is learning a new skill, building a career, improving relationships, developing confidence, or working towards a personal goal, progress comes from showing up consistently and being willing to improve one step at a time. I also believe that we should not be afraid of starting before we feel completely ready. Many opportunities are missed because we wait for the perfect moment, perfect knowledge, or perfect confidence. Sometimes, the best way to learn is simply to begin, make mistakes, listen, adapt, and keep moving forward. Every person has a different journey, and comparing our progress with someone else's can make us overlook our own growth. What matters is becoming better than who we were yesterday. The idea I want to spread is simple: start where you are, keep learning, stay consistent, and trust the process of growth. Small steps may seem insignificant today, but over time, they can take you much further than you imagined.

The TED story

My journey with TEDx began with curiosity and the opportunity to be part of something that brings people together through ideas, experiences, and meaningful conversations. I have always been interested in understanding how people think, what drives them, and how a simple idea can create a different perspective. When I got the opportunity to be part of the TEDx IIBS Bengaluru organizing team, I saw it as more than just being involved in an event. It was an opportunity to experience what happens behind the stage—working with people, coordinating with speakers and stakeholders, managing responsibilities, and contributing to creating a platform where ideas can reach others. What excites me most about TED is the diversity of ideas. Every speaker has a different journey, and every idea can make us look at something familiar in a new way. I believe that sometimes one conversation or one idea can change the way a person thinks about a problem, a career, a relationship, or even their own potential. My TEDx journey is therefore not just about organizing an event. It is about learning from people, listening to different perspectives, contributing to something meaningful, and becoming more open to ideas that challenge the way I think. I hope to carry this curiosity beyond TEDx—to keep learning, keep asking questions, and eventually contribute ideas of my own that can create value for others.

Things you might not know

People don’t know I am good at observing things closely, understanding what people need, and connecting the dots between different pieces of information. I naturally pay attention to market trends, conversations, and everyday problems, and I often find myself thinking about why something works the way it does and how it could be improved. I am also good at starting conversations with people I have never met and building a connection with them. I enjoy listening, asking questions, and understanding different perspectives. I believe these small observations and conversations often lead to ideas that others may overlook.
