Turning a room full of unfamiliar faces into a conversation I am naturally comfortable initiating conversations, finding common ground, and making people feel heard. I can also take a scattered thought, find the thread running through it, and turn it into something articulate enough to communicate. And perhaps less predictably-I am very good at remembering people by their stories, not just their names.
