I am an Assistant Professor in Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM), and International Business at IIBS Bengaluru. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from Mangalore University, my research and teaching focus on the intersection of socio-economic development, global trade dynamics, and sustainable supply chain systems. Alongside teaching, I serve as the Coordinator for Industrial Relations, the IIBS Alumni Association, and lead key academic quality initiatives. I am deeply committed to bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world industrial practice, mentoring future leaders, and driving impact through sustainable economic research and community engagement.

My journey with TED is centered on belief in the transformative power of ideas. As part of the organizing ecosystem for TEDxIIBS 2026 ("The Founder’s Lens: Seeing What Others Don’t"), I actively engage with platforms that encourage bold thinking, question status quo assumptions, and highlight sustainable solutions for complex societal and economic challenges.

Advanced empirical data analysis using statistical tools like SPSS, STATA, and AMOS, as well as curating large-scale academic-industry summits and bridging cross-disciplinary networks across agriculture, export, and corporate logistics.
