Bio
I'm a business and growth strategist passionate about helping organizations unlock hidden potential and turn ambitious ideas into scalable realities.
Over the past seven years, I've worked with businesses across healthcare, education, manufacturing, and consumer markets, designing growth strategies, customer experience systems, and marketing frameworks that create measurable impact.
Outside consulting, I organize TEDx events, produce analytical content on YouTube, host the "Radical" podcast, and continue playing the violin—a reminder that creativity and structure are not opposites, but partners.
I believe every organization already contains the seeds of its future. The challenge is learning how to recognize and cultivate them.
I'm passionate about
I'm passionate about discovering hidden potential—in people, organizations, and communities.
I'm fascinated by how ideas spread, how businesses evolve, and how small strategic decisions can create long-term impact. Whether I'm designing a growth strategy, organizing knowledge-driven events, producing analytical content, or playing the violin, I'm always exploring the intersection of strategy, creativity, and human behavior.
I believe curiosity is one of the most powerful drivers of progress.
An idea worth spreading
Most organizations don't fail because they lack resources—they fail because they underestimate their own potential.
I believe sustainable growth begins when people stop optimizing what already exists and start discovering opportunities they haven't yet imagined. Strategy is not about predicting the future; it's about creating the conditions where a better future becomes possible.

The TED story
For years, TED has been one of the ways I explored new disciplines, challenged my assumptions, and learned from people I would never have met otherwise.
Eventually, I realized that my own city needed more than an audience for great ideas—it needed a stage.
I wanted to create a space where local thinkers could stand alongside global conversations, where people could encounter ideas they had never considered, and where curiosity could become part of our culture.
Organizing TEDx became my way of building that bridge between my community and the world—one idea, one conversation, and one event at a time.
Things you might not know
Connecting seemingly unrelated ideas.
I'm often able to recognize patterns across industries, translate complexity into practical strategies, and help people see opportunities that were already there—but hidden.
