The TED story
My TEDxPetalingStreet adventure kicked off in 2016, sparked by my attendance as an audience in 2015 and the profound impact of the speakers' messages. Despite my background in finance, my passion for Chinese copywriting propelled me into the editorial team. In just two years, I climbed the ranks to become the editorial team lead. Another year down the road, I took on the role of content lead. Post the challenges brought by COVID in 2022, I embraced the reset, and my journey reached new heights as I assumed the Co-curator position. This incredible adventure not only allowed me to contribute to the TEDx community but also provided a unique platform where learning never stops. Being part of the TEDx organization has been an ongoing journey of discovery, where I continually find inspiration, learn new perspectives, and grow both professionally and personally. I'm thrilled to be a part of this dynamic space that fosters curiosity and encourages the pursuit of knowledge. Today, I'm thrilled to continue contributing to the TEDxPetalingStreet platform, shaping inspiring narratives and fostering powerful ideas.
