I have grown to become a critical thinker with the spirit of a team player and have an innate never say die attitude towards life. Being the academic head at a private school, I deal with people of all sorts. I am a motivator for the weak, a shoulder for the distressed and a councillor for the confused. I like to be a kid with the kids and love to listen to and absorb their brilliant ideas and points of view. I grow with them everyday and try to be a better person and an even better teacher. My objective towards life and job, both is to put in a 100 % no matter what the circumstances are, to gain knowledge and grow as a person and also contribute to the growth of my organisation.
