Bio

Maralmaa currently works as Programs Coordinator for the Zorig Foundation, where she is in charge of youth development and capacity building programs. The Zorig Foundation is a prominent Mongolian NGO that is widely known through its activities and programs for advancement of democracy, promotion of good governance, youth and education, as well as community development. Aside from her professional duties, Maralmaa also dedicates her time for Global Shapers Ulaanbaatar Hub. Maralmaa has a keen interest in issues of gender equality and founded a circle of young professional women as part of the Lean In Mongolia community. She enjoys translating TED talks for people with hearing impairment and language barriers.
