I am an Informatics practices teacher since 2016. I started my career as a System analyst in TATA consultancy services. It is a place where I learnt to socialize and developed my skills in communication and event management (ITIL). Then I had a complete transition from IT to teaching field. I joined Chinmaya International Residential School in the year 2016. It was completely a new experience for me. Most beautiful thing about teaching is we learn every day. Every experience was a learning for me which gradually helped in developing confidence. I learnt to implement different methods of teaching. I make my class interesting by play way method. My area of interest is web designing and programming. I am in charge of Seva activities at my school. I am also the CAS coordinator. I spend my leisure time drawing, mandala art, and music. Since my childhood, music, and guitar are always my interests. It also gives me the joy to serve the organization, Chinmaya Mission which brings transformation to the lives of people of all age groups. I am in association with Chinmaya Mission Coimbatore since 2011.

The idea that I always connect myself to is a "Random act of Kindness". Being kind is one of the most important factors that develop humanity within oneself. Kindness has been found by researchers to be the most important predictor of satisfaction and stability in one's life. Being kind brings in a lot of positivism among the contributor and the beneficiary. A random act of kindness can make a tremendous impact on a person's life. When you smile at someone as you walk, that makes a difference in their life. When you donate something to the needy, that makes a difference. When you help someone even before they ask for it, that makes a difference. When you compliment a stranger that makes a difference in their life. All such random acts of kindness can inspire the people around us. No act of kindness however small is ever wasted. This inspires me and makes me keep moving forward.

To be associated with TED gives me an opportunity to apply my skill and allows me to guide/work with an energetic and challenging group of students who dynamically work and grow together. Using TEDx as our platform, we intend to come together and work together as a team for success.

I had been a mathematics teacher for 2 years and now I am a science teacher for the age group of 10-12 years. At present, I am learning Sanskrit out of my own interest.
