I love reading and attend a Spanish Book Club every month. We mainly read authors from Latin America and Spain and enjoy vivid discussions about the author and his/her work of fiction.

Languages are one of my main interests (alongside hobbies like drawing, fitness, reading, videogaming and listening to music and podcasts). I've been studying English and Spanish since I was in middle school and I've recently taken a master's degree in Translation and cultural mediation. I truly believe that learning new languages can open our minds and make us discover how different societies work around the world. I see languages and translation as bridges that deeply connect us, defying and defeating all odds. In the future I'd like to work as a translator, especially in the medical and literary fields, or as a spanish-english teacher.

Mental health awareness, community engagement and connectivity, and promoting children’s freedom to have a voice in decisions about their lives.

Social justice, particularly in the area of education. Fostering creativity. Reading the written word and listening to the spoken word of a diversity of people with a host of ideas and range of perspectives.
