Food and active transit. I was a gymnast for a decade and food is directly tied to my happiness... no matter who you are, I can for sure out eat you in a potato eating competition. I’ve lived in WI, TX, OR, and CO all without a vehicle.

I am passion about communicating with people of different backgrounds. It is so excited for me to hear different stories and receive new ideas from them.

I’m passionate about building platforms where stories matter, creativity thrives, and young voices are empowered to lead. Whether it’s through digital content, campus initiatives, or TEDxGIFT University, I’m driven by the belief that communication is not just a skill—it’s a force for transformation. I find purpose in connecting people, shaping narratives, and turning ideas into movements that create real, local impact.

Waleed is always looking for opportunities for grabs. He would want to develop a freelance project for his client, setup and run a stall on a mega event, and manage a travel startup, all at the same time. This makes me very clear in my mindset that I want to run a buiness of my own in the long run. The niche will be anything or everything that interests me. This factor of versatility, reflects my belief in the mantra "own race, own pace." It communicates my understanding that everyone's path, goals, and work ethic are unique. You never have to compare yourself to one another to get to the top neither you have to follow the footsteps of someone to achieve something. You do your best and leave the reward to the superior being. Furthermore what drives me the most is the art of giving back to the community. It shows that I'm not just looking to succeed by myself but also want to help others do well which can be done in any form possible.
