Firstly, learning the process how it works and seeing the possibilities of objectives and making it in progress then upward progression. As I know from my long term experience of upward and downward trends, they can be seen as magnet for people to move and learn from the past lessons which they made whether it's constructive or destructive.
Always giving people space and giving till the end the chance to reframe their insights and decision towards good objectives then life will have become more than professional and convenient than using a heavy product which is known to be negative thought or idea.
