I am excited about life and all it has to offer. One thing I am most proud of is being active trekker and the transformation trekking has made in my personal life and my family’s lives! I use trekking as my meditation, my prayer, and my inner reflection time; it truly is my fellowship, inspiration and time of balancing, healing, and renewing! I trek daily to live and live life more abundantly!!
I am excited and passionate about empowering others to have this same success in expanding the joy that grows when you see another woman who develops the habit of walking as part of their self-care. I believe in the power of women to have a significant, positive impact on their lives, their families, and their communities. And it all starts with one simple walk, with one step at a time. I am a living, breathing, moving witness.

As general topics, I love virtual reality, media theory, video games, art history, and comic books.
In terms of causes and ideas, I'm passionate about the well-being and fair compensation of creative people. We live in a perverse time where we are barraged by media on all sides and CONTENT is more inescapable and interwoven into our lives than ever, and yet somehow creative people across fields find it harder and harder to make a living. How is it that we have so much power, and yet beautiful things are becoming harder to create? These trends threaten our long term culture, intellectual well being, and sense of beauty and wonder. I love to think and talk about what can theoretically or practically be done in the world to help change the tide.

A lot of things enthuse me, Art, nature; the environment and its fascinating kind but most importantly, I am passionate about how we deal with nature and the environment, its effect, and the part we ought to play to safeguard our environment for future generations.
This engagement and its quest gave me the opportunity to get involved in a lot of activities that pertains to the environment at the university campus and beyond. Some includes the University of Ghana Plastic Recycle project; here we involve the student populace to be mindful of the environment, educate on the importance of plastic waste segregation and avoid irresponsible disposal of waste.
Sustainability Week Accra also encourage sustainable living, going more organic to minimize inorganic waste whereas 'Accra we Dey' is a group of artists involved in Art advocacy to bring about climate justice to the attention of the public in a broader sense
My engagement with these groups has been a learning experience and its an endeavor I am passionate to pursue and do more in the future for collective good of humanity.
