I'm passionate about good books, good movies and good music. Mainly fiction, mainly independent, and mainly chill. Respectively.

I am passionate about helping young people discover who they are before they decide what to do. Too often, students follow trends or external pressure rather than their own interests. My passion is to show them how their strengths, values, and aspirations can shape meaningful careers. I am also deeply committed to making career guidance inclusive. Whether through psychometrics, AI powered tools, or global connect programmes, I want every student, regardless of geography or background to access world class opportunities and clarity about their future.

I'm passionate about education-employment mismatch. Universities need to develop and implement “university-industry linkage” plan with the initial objective of successful internship placement and employment of final year students and engagement of public and private organisations into curriculum development and review. Also it needs to be taken the initiative and motivate other HEIs to run career orientation workshops for high school students so they can make an informed career choice.
