Developping new business models and ideias. I love to "break the stone" and start from nothing and creat a new team and business. I am also passionate about kids and I have three kids.

I am passionate about people. I believe they are the ones who build companies, transform businesses, strengthen communities, and change the world. My mission is to develop leaders, create meaningful connections, and drive human growth because when people grow, everything around them grows as well: businesses, markets, and, above all, the communities we live in. Taking care of people and our local community is, for me, a non-negotiable responsibility. What we build today must leave a legacy of development, prosperity, and positive impact for future generations.
