Cooking, learning new things there is about ways to prepare and cook existing food items into new shapes, designs. Things such as making a new modern twist on a traditional dish, or improving on existing recipes to make it more healthier or attractive to the younger generation. I also play chess, while I am just an amateur, I find that chess helps to keep the mind alert, be aware of opportunities, helping to break down the tasks needed and plan accordingly.
