My interest is creating spaces where individuals feel free to express themselves, work together, and stand for one another. A mindful lifestyle, where every moment is welcomed with intention and thankfulness, is something that greatly interests me. By doing this, I hope to encourage others to pursue their own paths of self-actualization and fulfillment, to achieve balance, and to develop resilience.
