I'm passionate about helping people unlock their full potential in their personal lives, careers, and businesses. I believe everyone has the capacity for greatness when given the right spark. I strive to be that catalyst that transforms potential into progress.

I am a free spirit moved by curiosity and that's probably why I decided to become a journalist. I love to meet new people, travel (if I could I would only stay in the same place for a month), learn about different cultures and places. I am passionate about life it self, about doing what I love and give my contribution for the development of my country. One of my biggest passions is TEDx. The nine months my team and I spend putting the TEDxSãoTomé event together is probably one of the most pleasant and joyful things of my life. I really love sharing ideas that can change the world because I believe in the power of the great ideas.

I am passionate about team management. I am learning it because it is useful for my work and team work. Now I make use of it in my TEDx team!

spreading mental health awareness to a greater audience within and outside the Philippines. I am also passionate about youth development through community and social organizations.

Passionate is a strong word. I prefer: riled about. I'm riled about: bikes (motor & pedal), physiology, spiritual pluralism, street dogs, design, basic human rights, international law, open data, gruelling adventures, racing things (ex: cars or bicycles), turbulence in planes and helicopters, growing food, naming plants, fantasizing (for now) about flying jets, etc.
