I am passionate about sailing since very young. I observed through my involvement over many years in management in a sailing club, economic and human potential of the nautical sector. I would like to promote the access to culture of nautical sector through education, initiatives, engagement, opportunities, the use of technology and entrepreneurship. Because the nautical world is a "Ecole de voile, école de mer, école de vie (sailing school, sea school, school of life)" - Les Glénans

I am passionate about guiding students as they prepare for their future careers. I like to help them become confident professional over time. When students build good habits, better opportunities follow. I support them in balancing academics and personal growth. We work on communication, presentations, leadership and interpersonal skills. I prefer practical learning methods instead of theoretical advice. I also guide them on professional image and long-term goal planning. Seeing students gain clarity and confidence feels very rewarding. Their progress and growth make me happy. Alongside this, I enjoy doing research . I like exploring learning behaviour, study methods and growth patterns. It helps me improve my guidance and stay updated with changing expectations.
