A través de Efecto Paradigma®, facilito que equipos reprogramen sus creencias limitantes, adopten prácticas ágiles y generen soluciones disruptivas. Mi objetivo es visibilizar esas oportunidades ocultas, empoderar a los líderes para que las impulsen y mostrar al mundo el impacto contributivo que surge cuando lo inesperado se convierte en realidad.

I'm obsessed with reality, I like to observe it, analyze it and transfer it to a digital medium (once magnetic). I strongly think that reality is a feeling, first of all.

my two kids, the current political climate, renovating my 1880 house, and hiking. My kids and I are working on hiking the 48 4,000 ft mountains in NH.

How technology will change how we work and collaborate.

I am passionate about theater, I have devoted over 7 years of my free time to this hobby and I have grown playing over 6 plays on independent theater stages. I am also passionate about motorcycling. Got my driving license a year ago and enjoyed every minute of the process of acquiring a new skill, taking an exam, learning how to ride.
