My passion stems from my journey from a small town in India to IIM Bangalore. This experience has taught me the profound importance of knowledge, self-confidence, recognizing one’s potential, access to resources, and the guidance of mentors in achieving one's dreams. My drive to help others stems from these insights. I am passionate about dedicating my time and efforts to bring out the best in people for the greater good. Although my career has just begun, I envision empowering rural communities where many hidden talents exist but lack the right ecosystem to thrive. I strive to be useful to society with the resources I have, which is why I was actively involved in the National Service Scheme during my undergraduate studies. In the future, I aim to build a business that employs individuals from underdeveloped areas, enabling them to support their children’s aspirations. Concurrently, I aspire to educate young students, instilling in them the confidence that they are capable of succeeding in this demanding era. To summarize, my passion lies in making a positive impact on society by empowering individuals and communities to realize their full potential.
