One area that I'm passionate about is development and improvement of myself and people around me. I'm always looking to challenge myself and learn new things. At the same time, I love to share my learnings with others for their betterment. In the process, I have learned great communication skills, and problem-solving skills that help me in my day-day work not only in my personal life but also in professional one. It also gives me confidence and courage in sharing my learnings with others.

I have been with GRG as a faculty for 15 years. My academic interests are human resources management, business communication and environmental management. I have been teaching these courses since 2007. I have designed, developed and conducted many programmes and workshops on communication skills and speaking skills including executive development programmes and workshops for the benefit of industry and for faculty members and students in and around Coimbatore district. Environmental conservation has always been my passion and I have a deep interest in trees and birds. I was the coordinator of Environment and Community Welfare Forum in my institute for over 5 years and have organised and conducted several activities. A few of these activities were related to sensitisation of environmental concerns, and few of them were activities like tree planting, jungle clean drive, eye check camp in the tribal area in Coimbatore.
