I am passionate about creating new value and making a change for the local community. I finished the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. During my studies, I went twice to the USA, for work&travel and internship programs. A year and a half of living and working there made me think: "Ok, I will finish my studies, get a job but what will be my purpose in life?" That's when I decided that I want to bring something back to our community. Doctors cure sick people, teachers bring knowledge to the kids but how I, as an Economist can "pay back the debt" to society? That's why I enrolled in Entrepreneurship class and graduated with an idea that creating a new business is not only opening new jobs for your employees but supporting their families also. By being an entrepreneur I am helping society. That's what I am really passionate about! Therefore, since the faculty, I worked mostly as a Business Developer in many IT companies and tried a lot of personal business projects. I see myself establishing TEDxPodgorica as one of the best events in the region. In the long run, I want to be involved in different movements which support causes like environmental sustainability and youth empowerment.

I am passionate about a lot of things but mainly music, people and the planet. Many things are always happening around the world and it is always nice to let music speak and soothe the soul.

Through my work with young women, student-athletes, homeschool families, and aspiring professionals, I champion mentorship, guidance, and educational access as tools to unlock potential and inspire lifelong success.
