Science, People, Network, Correlation, and... Inspiration

I am passionate about public speaking, organizing events, and searching for universal principles behind things that happen every day. For me, public speaking is more of the process of mutually exchanging inspirations with the audience, instead of merely a one-way self-expression of thoughts in mind. The power of public speaking lies in its potential to influence minds and foster connections between people. I have conducted many in-school debates and speeches for students. I enjoyed every single process from planning and organizing guests to operating and moderating. These experiences not only trained my event planning skills but also taught me the ability to build emotional connections through public expression. I also enjoy organizing informal gatherings where people share their observations, inquiries, and thoughts on various topics. Creative ideas sometimes came up when people kept asking "why" behind things that happen every day, and tried to figure out patterns or common principles behind them.

I’m passionate about hearing and sharing people’s unique stories, in hopes of spreading knowledge and ideas that people will relate to because the stories are that compelling. I believe ideas usually speak for themselves, but a beautiful narrative can turn an idea into inspiration. Also, lately, I have been obsessed with baking sourdough bread and pizza, using the yeast that lives in the air of the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, in which I live.

I’m passionate about people, connection, and expansion - helping others discover what lights them up and watching that energy ripple out into the world. I love creating spaces where ideas collide and something bigger comes alive. Whether it’s on a TEDx stage, in a business strategy session, or during a conversation over coffee, I’m always drawn to that spark - the moment someone realizes, "Oh… I can do this. I can be this." Through TEDxStLouis, I’ve seen how one idea, when shared with heart and purpose, can shift entire communities. It’s not just about events or talks; it’s about creating an experience that changes how people see themselves and what’s possible. That transformation, when curiosity turns into courage, is what keeps me coming back year after year. I’m also passionate about energy - how it shows up in business, leadership, and communication. Through my work in Synergy Journey Sessions, I help people align their actions with their true selves. When that alignment happens, business feels natural, collaboration flows, and opportunities start finding you instead of the other way around. At my core, I’m a connector. I love introducing people who can help each other grow, watching partnerships form, and seeing ideas expand in ways none of us could have done alone. I believe the future belongs to “we-thinkers” - those who build with intention, lead with heart, and know that synergy is the new currency of innovation. Primarily, I’m passionate about helping people remember their power - to create, connect, and contribute something meaningful. I believe in doing work that feels alive, that makes the world just a little brighter, and that reminds us all we’re in this together. That’s what fuels me. That’s why I do what I do.
