I'm passionate about my job it's a passion for a long time. I'm passionate about sport (basket, rollers). I'm passionate about music which feed my soul everyday.

I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, creating new ideas and initiatives, and contributing to the growth and development of people. I care deeply about building environments where individuals can learn, grow, and discover their potential. I’m also passionate about animals, about the relationships that shape our lives, and about the importance of family and friendship. In many ways, what moves me most is creating meaningful encounters, moments where people connect, exchange ideas, and inspire each other.

Indeed I'm very fascinated about the study of Neuroscience, particularly in the context of cognitive development in human over time and biopsychosocial factors that contribute to shape individuals personality as well as behavior. Talking about world issues is something that I'd certainly loved to be part of.

I'm passionate about empowering communities to solve their own challenges. My journey from prison guard to community organizer taught me that sustainable solutions come from within - not from outside "experts" telling communities what they need. Whether it's organizing for voting rights, developing affordable housing, or building grassroots movements, I believe in creating platforms for people to transform their own lives and neighborhoods. I’m passionate about helping people think more intentionally about the relationships they build, the stories they tell themselves, and the communities they help shape. I care deeply about creating spaces where big ideas aren’t just discussed, but tested, challenged, and turned into action—especially at the local level, where real change actually happens. This vision drives my work at Houston Justice, shapes my approach to affordable housing development, and now fuels my commitment to bringing TEDxThird Ward to life. Because when we give people the right platform, tools, and support to share their stories and solutions, we don't just address problems - we transform entire communities.
