Through my involvement with mental health initiatives, I’ve seen how crucial it is to give young people the tools to articulate their feelings and build resilience. Whether I’m teaching, speaking, or working with communities, my passion lies in helping others find their voice and use it with purpose.

I am very passionate about philately, nature, environment and water conservation. I take keen interest in gardening and love travelling. Travelling to foreign countries has taught me how to appreciate different values, cultures and lifestyles and has transformed me into an interesting and adventurous person.
