O que mais me motiva é lideraar e ajudar outros a se reconectarem com quem realmente são — superando desafios, ganhando clareza e conduzindo a própria vida com propósito, coragem e disciplina. Acredito que, quando alguém se conecta com seu verdadeiro potencial, tudo muda: os resultados na carreira e nos negócios se tornam mais sustentáveis, e a vida ganha mais leveza, plenitude e sentido.
