I dream of and believe in a world where all people have freedom, joy and agency to learn and grow - A World where the values of kindness, curiosity and creativity are shared by all. To that end, I inspire and motivate people, and communities to cultivate kindness, curiosity and creativity towards themselves, others and our planet. I design experiences, environments and tools that support education that places human rights, needs and potential at its very centre.

I'm very passionate about women empowerment and blockchain technology, my current goal is to educate more women to enter the blockchain field in Japan. Because traditional path for wealth such as working hard at a company and opening our own companies is not typically available to women in Japan, with this new technology and the opportunities it brings, women can forge their own wealth, create a new path to personal wealth, and build a globally thriving career. In the long run, I aspire to grow my community SheShaped, which is a global community that celebrates and empowers women from all industries. Unapologetically, women around the world are breaking out, pushing boundaries, and shaping the reality of every industry. At SheShaped events, we address real life problems and challenges experienced by women in the workplace, explore ways of empowering more women to be leaders and creators, and bond with like-minded people to grow fearlessly together. I believe that together, we shape the future we all want to see.

I am passionate about my subjects that are Human resource management, Communication and Behavioural Science. All these subjects intersect at the common point 'Human Behaviour' and this deeply interests me. Further, I am passionate about actually impacting human behaviour through my sessions, through the training programmes I conduct and through my counselling sessions with students. I am really passionate about seeing individuals change for the better and all the more so when it comes from their inner energy unleashed by higher level of confidence in self and an enhanced sense of self-efficacy. My teaching has been vast, in related fields though, such as ethics, values, corporate social responsibility, power and influence, managerial skills, performance management, organisation behaviour, Human resource management, Communication - all of which deeply sensitized me to the need for reform at a very individual level. I even taught 'Transformation of work' with backing of a rather complex theoretical framework which widened my horizon, as in how society moved from cottage industry to capitalistic form , then to service sector and finally to the knowledge sector , all of which brought out the not so egalitarian form of society and the need for reforms as felt from time to time to bring about improvements in character of work and work arrangements. This broadened my horizon from 'Individual' to observing the 'Society' as a larger unit. My understanding of society is further sharpened by my reading of various biographies and autobiographies of world leaders like Barrack Obama, J.F. Kennedy, Benazir Bhutto to name just a few. It brought the knowledge about how such renowned personalities withstood the struggle of their times through sheer grit, even when the going was tough and sometimes excruciating. At a personal level , I tend towards perfectionism, and this is part of the reason I feel learning can not and should not be limited to just what one studies in the classroom, but be further enhanced by reading literature and through interactions, and by learning from others' experiences. There is no limit to the boundaries of our learning.
