We want to gather mostly youth people and show them how important it is to listen somebody's life experience. Motivating speeches will be dominant at our event and we are sure that no participant of this conference will ever forget what they are going to hear on the 28th of June at TEDxParculRomanescu.

  • GEORGESCU Ion

    Profesorul dr. Ion Georgescu, şeful Clinicii Chirurgie I din cadrul Spitalului Judeţean de Urgenţă (SJU) Craiova, este considerat printre primii zece chirurgi din ţară, în 2010 fiind decorat de preşedintele României cu distincţia Meritul Sanitar în Grad de Cavaler. Operează din 1976 şi are la activ peste 12.000 de intervenţii chirurgicale. Deşi se consideră un chirurg de modă veche, fiind generalist, „pentru că noi încă le facem pe toate, chiar dacă chirurgia generală s-a divizat de mai mulţi ani în chirurgia fiecărui organ“, prof. dr. Ion Georgescu susţine că, în ciuda vârstei, a fost tot timpul adeptul noului.
