Diet - Eating Disorders /Životospráva – poruchy príjmu potravy/ Many young people take their appearance very seriously /and they often pay with their health for that/ Is it really the right thing to do? I want to talk about how to choose our foods carefully, what kinds of risks are connected to our lifestyle, how our psyche suffers from what people think about us and how it reflects in our results. I am a student of Gymnázium sv. Andreja in Ružomberok. I am only 18 years old, which seems to be quite young to care about healthy diet, but the sooner we start to appreciate our health the better. Every 18-year-old is trying to find themselves and this is the way I have chosen. Move, sport and world affairs are the topics I want to tell you about.

  • Pavol Záhora

Student mobility /Študentské mobility / I am in my final year of high school studies at Gymnázium sv. Andreja in Ružomberok. I have chosen biology and chemistry as my school leaving examination subjects. I would like to carry on studying these subjects at university level, preferably at a faculty of medicine. I enjoy playing basketball and watching good films, especially with my girlfriend and listening to good music, mainly Tupac. If you ask me who I consider myself to be, one of the answers would be that I see myself as an adventurer. It always excites me to have opportunities to travel and learn new things. And the project I have taken part in is one of these opportunities. I would like to give you first hand information about what it feels like to be a high school student abroad (the USA), how I got there and how the system, which I had the opportunity to be a part of, works.
