TEDxGIMS

TEDxGIMS is an independently organized TED event hosted by GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida, under a license from TED. Guided by the spirit of “ideas worth spreading,” TEDxGIMS creates a platform for sharing compelling ideas, challenging established perspectives, and inspiring meaningful conversations. Building on the spirit of our inaugural edition, TEDxGIMS 2026 seeks to bring together voices that encourage people to rethink limitations, embrace change, and discover the opportunities that lie beyond the familiar. Through powerful stories and fresh perspectives, the event aims to inspire individuals to approach growth with curiosity, courage, and an open mind. Theme of 2026 is Growth: Embracing the Discomfort Growth is not always comfortable. Sometimes, it means taking the first step when the path ahead is uncertain, questioning long-held beliefs, accepting failure, or choosing to begin again. The theme “Growth: Embracing the Discomfort” celebrates the transformative power of stepping outside familiar boundaries and finding strength in the process of change.
