The metaphor and theme “Anatomy of Excellence” allows for an intimate exploration of theories, best-known practices, and novel approaches to empower the audience to a better life and society. Similarly to the anatomical structure of the body, there are multiple components which work collectively to aid us in the pursuit of excellence. The idea allows for the examination of what achievements resemble, inspire, and pioneer from multifaceted platforms. The mission of this talk is to redefine excellence, leading the audience through a critical dissection of the culture of excellence from several levels of thinking. By redefining excellence, the audience will receive strategies to move forward and achieve goals to help create a better environment for future generations. Excellence speaks to one’s greatness - their motivation to be their very best selves. It represents the highest journey of worthwhile experiences that are sharpened through challenges, achievements, and moments. “Excellence is an art won by training and habituation.
