Her work focuses on turning fast-moving financial and political 'noise' into meaningful, accessible insights through strong storytelling and analysis.

    Entrepreneur + Ultra-runner + Ironman triathlete

    Kapil Nayyar is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer, and Registered Valuer with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling global consulting businesses. Alongside this, his journey as an endurance athlete reflects his deeper philosophy of discipline and resilience. He is an ultra-runner and Ironman triathlete who has completed iconic marathons such as in Boston and Chicago, and has participated in multiple Ironman races that demand extreme physical and mental endurance. He has undertaken challenging high-altitude treks including the one to Everest Base Camp and has also summited Friendship Peak. His sports journey reflects consistency, mental strength, and the belief in steady progress - not only in athletics but also business and life.

    Lakshita Singh, a Class XI student at Eicher School Faridabad, is a national-level competitive swimmer and student-athlete who embodies discipline and resilience through her demanding routine. Balancing twice-daily swim training with a rigorous academic schedule, she has developed a grounded understanding of consistency, time management and perseverance. Her practical insights on navigating setbacks and building discipline, offering a realistic perspective on growth, focus, and showing up even when it gets difficult are very inspiring.

    Parikshit Khanna is one of India's leading AI trainers, having trained over 50,000 professionals across major corporates and premier institutions including Tata Group, LG Electronics, VISA, Siemens, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, and IIM Bangalore. He is the Founder of Digital Training Jet and Visiting Faculty at GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. She is the founder of the Indic Center for Psychological Wellness and Holistic Health and Conversationists - Talking Cures, promoting accessible and culturally grounded mental health care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she launched the SATHI Helpline to provide emotional support and crisis counseling. She has contributed significantly to psychology, behavioral sciences, and liberal arts education while mentoring thousands of students and professionals and advocating for mental fitness, gender equity, inclusive education, and community well-being.

    Kathak dancer + Student

    Shreya Sharma is a Class XII student at Eicher School Faridabad and a trained Kathak dancer. She has completed a five-year degree in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Prayagraj and has showcased her talent on various cultural platforms and earned recognition at national and international levels. Balancing academics with the performing arts, she believes in the transformative power of discipline, creativity, and self-expression, while passionately doing her bit to preserve Indian culture and tradition.
