TEDxHISB Youth

Some of the most important conversations are the ones we never have. We avoid them out of fear, habit or the quiet assumption that no one else feels the same way. We stay silent in classrooms, at dinner tables, in offices and in our own head- about the things that might matter the most. What we don't talk about is a TEDX event that changes that. This is a space for the unspoken-for ideas that live in the margins of everyday conversations, for the truth which gets edited out, and for the perspectives that rarely make it to a stage. Our speakers come across disciplines and walks of life, united by one thing: the courage to say what most people only think. Because.....when someone finally says it outloud, something shifts. For the speaker. For the audience. And sometimes, for the world.
