  Dr. Hitha M. Hebbalkar is a Consulting Dermatologist and founder of Dr. Hebbalkar's Skin & Hair Clinic, Belagavi. She completed her MBBS from Mysore Medical College & Research Institute and her MD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology from JJM Medical College, Davangere.
