We are currently living through a period where the old rules of stability have evaporated, leaving many people feeling paralyzed by the speed of AI and global competition. In an era like this, the shelf life of traditional skills has shortened, survival no longer belongs to those who try to stand still, but to those who embrace a mindset of continuous evolution. By sharing this perspective now, the narrative is shifted from one of fearful survival to one of active mastery. The community needs to hear that agility is the new security; it empowers them to stop viewing change as a threat to be weathered and start seeing it as the very vehicle they can use to accelerate their careers and personal growth.

  • Dr Rwituja Thomas

    Dr. Rwituja Thomas is an Ophthalmic plastic surgeon and Ocular Oncologist based in New Delhi. A graduate of St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, she completed her postgraduation and fellowship in Orbit, Oculoplastics and Ocular Oncology at Narayana Nethralaya, one of India’s leading eye institutes. Passionate about surgical innovation, medical education and patient-centred care, Dr. Thomas believes that the greatest advances in medicine begin with curiosity, humility and the courage to question our assumptions.

  • Paroma Chatterjee

    Paroma Chatterjee is the CEO of Revolut India, where she has led the launch of one of India's first integrated financial apps combining digital wallets, UPI payments, and prepaid Visa cards. Throughout her career, Paroma has worked with leading organizations such as ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Airtel, Flipkart, Lendingkart, and Revolut, she has been at the forefront of India's digital payments revolution. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including being featured in FinTech Magazine's Top 100 Women in FinTech for four consecutive years and receiving the Global Indian of the Year 2023 award at the House of Commons, London. A member of IAMAI's Governing Council and FICCI's FinTech Committee, Ms. Paroma continues to shape the future of financial technology in India.

  • Purnima Valiathan

    Ms. Purnima is a learning design professional with over two decades of experience in education. Holding a Master's degree in Education, she has been instrumental in establishing learning systems and processes at organizations such as NIIT, Knowledge Platform, and Hurix Systems, while also consulting and training for global organizations including Genpact, EY, KPMG, and Accenture. An accomplished author and thought leader, Ms Purnima has published papers in renowned international forums, including ATD, ISPI, Training Journal UK, and Australia's Ministry of Defence. She is also the author of Beginner's Guide to Instructional Design and currently leads ID Mentors.

  • Sarika Naik

    Sarika Naik is the Group Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at Capgemini and a member of its Group Executive Committee. She leads the company's global initiatives in sustainability, social impact, and responsible innovation, driving efforts in ESG strategy, inclusion, and ethical technology. With over two decades of leadership experience and as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she is a respected voice on sustainable growth, inclusive leadership, and responsible technology.

  • Suhani Agarwal

    Suhani Agarwal is a Grade 12 student at National Public School, Koramangala, with interests in economics, art, athletics, and public speaking. A passionate artist since the age of five, she is also an accomplished debater who has represented her school at national and international tournaments and was recently selected to represent Team India at the Harvard College Debating Union at Harvard University. Through her work with Gubbachi, she has supported the education of children from migrant families, while also contributing to the organization's fundraising initiatives. She also has her own service initiative - Rewoven.
