  Madhvi Hans is the founder and chairperson of Special Achievers Charitable Trust, an organization empowering 4000+ specially abled persons across 10 states in India. A wheelchair user for 24 years following a road accident, she transformed her personal journey into a lifelong mission of inclusion and independence. As a para-athlete, she has won gold medals at the Haryana State Shooting Championship (2017 & 2018) in the 10-meter air pistol para category and represented India at the 8th Fazza IPC Athletics Grand Prix in Dubai, 2016. Through Special Achievers, she has organized 21 grand programs, distributed 1000+ wheelchairs and assistive equipment, and created employment opportunities for specially abled persons in partnership with Amazon India.

• Manan Aggarwal

  Certified Speedcuber & Student

  Manan Aggarwal is a 9-year-old certified speedcuber from Delhi whose curiosity extends far beyond solving a cube. An avid reader, confident speaker, and enthusiastic learner, he loves questioning, experimenting, and discovering new ways to approach problems. His achievements reflect this spirit: Manan has won multiple medals in State and District-level Olympiads, secured podium positions in State-level cubing competitions, and won a State-level Abacus Championship in mental mathematics. For Manan, however, a scrambled cube represents more than a problem—it represents possibility. His TEDx idea, “DON’T UNSCRAMBLE ME,” challenges our instinct to immediately fix what appears messy or imperfect. Through cubing, he explores how confusion, experimentation, and unexpected paths can spark discovery and creativity. At just nine, Manan brings a powerful perspective: shaping tomorrow sometimes begins not by rushing to find the answer, but by having the courage to explore the scramble.

  Shivangi Sharma is the Founder of Winq Cosmetics, an Indian beauty brand built on a simple belief: quality beauty should not be limited by geography or price. Before launching Winq, she hosted her own podcast, Tea with Shi, and worked with her family's clothing brand, Ramaa ji k, gaining early experience in brand-building and entrepreneurship.   Suryasnata Tripathy is an assistant professor in biomedical engineering at IIT Ropar, specializing in biosensors, lab-on-a-chip devices, and nanofabrication. He holds a PhD from IIT Hyderabad and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Twente and Imperial College London. He has published 25+ research articles and holds an Indian patent. Beyond science, Suryasnata is an acclaimed Odia literary figure—author of eight poetry anthologies, a short story collection, and a translation of Dharamvir Bharati's Kanupriya. He is the recipient of the Kendra Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar (2017). As a playwright, he has written celebrated plays, including Botal Arz Hai and Newton for Hyderabad theatre groups. He recently produced the Odia feature film Indradhanu and two short films, MAATIMUHAN and KHIDKIYAAN.
