Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge
Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge is a child mental health expert and licensed therapist with more than 30 years of experience helping families understand emotional and behavioural challenges. Her work reframes behavior not as the problem, but as a clue to what’s happening beneath the surface, particularly in the nervous system, and she is known for her Regulation First® approach, which helps families move from overwhelm to connection and calm. She is the author of The Dysregulated Kid and host of the top 1% podcast Dysregulated Kids, where she shares practical, brain-based strategies that create lasting change. Dr. Roseann has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and Parents Magazine. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
Gayatri Gopaldas
I solve business problems using Creative Intelligence™. It is not a process I follow, but the way I think. For 24 years, across new products, processes and media, print, film, AI, agentic workflows, and VR, one discipline has stayed constant: find the human truth inside the problem before forming a single concept. Understand the behaviour, the fear, what people cannot yet articulate and then make complexity feel obvious to the people who need it most. That is how I drove technology adoption in markets with no precedent. Turned abstract AI into decisions that small shop owners trust. Grew a diagnostic clinic's monthly appointments. Creative Intelligence™ is the capacity to generate original ideas, evaluate them critically, and translate them into real outcomes, especially under uncertainty, complexity, and change. It is creative thinking, critical thinking, and design thinking working together, activated by human empathy and judgment.
Mads-Christian Brill
Mads-Christian Brill (MC) is a mental trainer, keynote speaker, and former international athlete based in Copenhagen. For more than 20 years, he has helped people build the mindset and mental skills to perform under pressure and create lasting change. His own journey challenges the idea that success comes from talent or willpower. As a child, he couldn’t motivate himself to read The Hobbit for school, and his mother ended up writing the book report. As a teenage golfer, competition nerves were so intense that he would vomit before tournaments. Yet he later graduated at the top of his class, became a management consultant and partner, and competed at the European and World Championships in obstacle course racing. With Discipline ranking near the bottom of his strengths profile, he believes success is built through mental training, great mentors, and designing environments that make the right actions easier. Today, his mission is to help one million people master their mindset.
Mette Johansson
Mette Johansson was born in Denmark, and has lived and worked across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East - a path that has shaped how she thinks about leadership, ambition, and what it really means to succeed. Today she runs a global leadership practice, working with large organisations around the world on the moments where strategy meets reality: when culture needs to shift, or when something unspoken is holding a team back. Her work often begins where polite agreement ends. She is also the author of Narratives: The Stories That Hold Women Back at Work, and the founder of KeyNote Women Speakers, a global non-profit on a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages.
Morten Clausen
Morten Clausen is a social entrepreneur, surfer, and expedition athlete dedicated to reconnecting people with nature through movement and adventure. From Arctic snow-kite expeditions to building one of Denmark’s most inspiring community water sports hubs, his work demonstrates that meaningful experiences in nature can transform both people and places.

Vivek Das
I work at the intersection of translational omics, clinical data, and AI, focusing on how complex biological and clinical evidence can be integrated to support better decision-making across R&D and the broader business. My work focuses on translating complex data into decisions that shape clinical development and portfolio strategy.
